Hydraulic pump repair in Orlando
A tired pump makes everything slow and hot. We diagnose pumps and motors, rebuild them when it makes sense and replace them when it does not.
Pump types
Signs a pump needs attention
- Functions slower than they used to be, worse when the oil is hot
- Whining, screaming or rattling from the pump
- Oil running hotter than normal
- Foamy oil or air in the system
- Leaks at the shaft seal
- Metal in the filter or on the magnetic plugs
Diagnosis first
Slow equipment is not always the pump. We check flow and pressure, relief valve settings, the PTO, suction lines and filters before we condemn a pump, so you do not pay for a pump the system did not need.
Pumps and the PTO
Most truck pumps are driven by a PTO. Our building stocks PTO parts, so a worn PTO or a failed shaft can be fixed along with the pump.
