Getting a disabled truck to the shop
When the truck cannot be driven, call us first. We arrange the tow and have the repair lined up when it gets here.
How it works
- Call the shop with the location, the truck and what happened.
- We arrange a tow suited to the truck: a medium duty wrecker for a box truck, a heavy wrecker or a lowboy for a tractor or a loaded dump.
- The truck comes straight to our shop at 906 West Gore Street, downtown Orlando.
- We diagnose it and call you with what it needs before the work starts.
Why tow it here
Drivetrain parts are stocked in the same building, and transmissions, rear ends, transfer cases and PTOs are rebuilt on site. Hydraulic and body repairs are done here too, so the truck does not have to be towed a second time to another shop.
Need a part instead?
If you have your own mechanic, our parts counter ships the same day. Browse pgttruckparts.com or call.
Towing is arranged during shop hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern.
Truck down or due for work?
Call the shop with the make, model and what the truck is doing. We will tell you what it needs, what it costs and when we can get it in.
