What goes wrong
Worn pistons and bores, scored valve plates and swash plates, tired bearings and failed compensators. Contaminated oil is the most common cause, so we look at filtration too, or the rebuilt pump will fail the same way.
Testing
Pumps are tested for flow and pressure after repair, and control settings are adjusted to the system they came from. For truck mounted and off road equipment, we can remove and reinstall the pump as well.
